    We stand behind our products and offer a great replacement program for damaged or defective products and a guarantee on the printed design on all of our products. Our products are made with a premium and highly durable thermo elastomer material that is designed to endure extreme adventures. This means if your dog collar, Apple Watch band, belt, or buckle breaks or wears and is no longer functional through normal use, we will replace via our replacement program. 

    IS YOUR PRODUCT BROKEN AND/OR NO LONGER WORKING?

    Within 30 days, we will replace your item at no additional cost to you. Just send an email to [email protected], including a photo of the broken product, proof of purchase, a brief description of what occurred to cause the damage and/or wear and tear, and confirmation of your shipping address. A customer service professional will assist you with your replacement within 1-3 business days.

    After 30 days, we will happily replace your item and just request that you pay our processing and handling fee of 19.00, as well as shipping costs. Just send an email to [email protected], including a photo of the broken product, proof of purchase, and a brief description of what occurred to cause the damage and/or wear and tear. A customer service professional will assist you with your replacement within 1-3 business days.

    *Please note that damage caused by chewing or heavy scratching does not warrant a “fading” replacement. mistylaurel will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any mistylaurel product. Our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property. Products broken, stained or damaged by personal property are also not eligible for replacement under our guarantee.


    Can I return a custom product?

    If the item is damaged within 30 days of your purchase, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Due to the fact that the item is custom with your specific information, no custom products are eligible for a return. However, you will still be able to participate in our replacement program.

    What if I order the incorrect size?

    At this time, we do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect size. However, you will still be able to participate in our replacement program.
